Hybrid Meeting – In-Person and by Videoconference
This meeting of the San Mateo County Harbor District will be held in Person at 504 Avenue Alhambra, 2 nd Floor, Conference Room, El Granada, California 94018. Members of the public will be able to participate in the meeting remotely via the Zoom platform or in person in the Board Room. For information regarding how to participate in the meeting, either in person or remotely, please refer to Appendix A attached at the end of the Agenda.

San Mateo County Harbor District is governed by a five-member board of commissioners elected to four-year terms.

The board of commissioners meets regularly the third Wednesday of every month at the District Administrative Office, Conference Room, 504 Avenue Alhambra, 2nd Floor, El Granada, CA 94018. Meetings are televised live and available to stream on Pacific Coast TV's Cable Channels 26/27 and YouTube Channel, and at CitizenAccess.tv.
Meeting time is 6:30 pm unless otherwise noted in the agenda. Future agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to regular meetings and 24 hours prior to special meetings.

The San Mateo County Harbor District Board of Commissioners conduct business at their regular Board Meetings, on the third Wednesday of the month starting at 1:00 pm.
The San Mateo County Harbor District Commission follow Robert's Rules of Order.

Members of the public are welcome to speak at Board meetings during the Public Comment period on the agenda, or to a specific item. Public comments are limited to three (3) minutes. We request that a Public Comment slip (on the table at the entrance) be filled out and given to the Deputy Secretary at the beginning of the meeting.
